1. Wash the strawberries and slice them into 4mm. And place the slices one by one

The first stage: Set the drying temperature at 50°C, drying and dehumidifying for 4 hours
The second stage: the temperature is set at 60℃, drying and dehumidifying for 6-8 hours
The third stage , the temperature is set at 30℃-35℃, warm drying for 12 For about an hour, wait until the water content of the strawberries reaches 14%.
The last stage, the drying temperature is set at 60℃, only drying for 2 hours,till the final moisture of the strawberries is about 10%
After finishing the drying, take the strawberries out from the drying chamber and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to become cool. Then grind the dehydrated strawberries into powder.
