Directions:
1. If wanting the garlic to be powder,slice the garlic thin by automatical cutting machine
2. Slice the garlic pieces into 2-3mm thichness slices;
3. Set the target drying temperature: 60℃; Drying relative humidity: 5%
4. It will take 4-6 hours to finish the garlic drying. The dried garlic is crisp,which is easy to grind..
If want to keep the dried garlic's aroma, color, shape,the temperature is very important.Generally 30-65℃ is good . The thickness of sliced garlic is different, the drying time is also different. more thinner, the dehydrating time will be shorter. The dried garlic slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required.
