Rice noodle, potato noodle, pasta can be cooked to Chow Mein.Generally before cooking Chow Mein, the noodles will be dried. To make the noodles preserved for longer, the noodles will be dried to contain less moisture. Others will be removed not too much moisture. By Tsix noodle dehydrator, it not only can guarantee the taste but retain the nutrition of noodle. Compared with tradtional dryer, it can save 60-70% energy.
Potato rice noodle is made of potato powder.Compared with rice noodle and noodle made of wheat powder, it is easy to dry by TSIX noodles dehydrator. But before push the noodle racks into Tsix drying chamber, the noodles had better to be frozed,which can fast the drying process and shape the noodles.
Directions:
1.Hange the potato noodles onto the racks, push the racks into cold storage to freeze the noodles
2. After one night, push the frozed noodles into Tsix noodle drying equipment
3. Set the temperature at 50-60 degree C,the drying time for 6-7 hours
When the noodles are finished drying, after cooling, packing the noodles well by packing machine and preserve the noodle well.
