rice noodle dehydrator

Many think drying rice noodle is same as drying noodles made of wheat flour. Actually it is totally different. In our experience, drying noodles tend to high temperature at initial drying period(60 to 70degree C) to avoid noodle breaking or changing shapes.While drying rice noodle, it tends to low temperature(30 to 40degree C) at early stages.Due to the characteristic of rice noodle, the moisture is not easily removed from rice noodle. If at first drying stage setting high temperature as drying noodle, it will cause the issue that the core of rice noodle is not dried and the outer is dried. So dehumidifying and cooling drying play very important to get high quality of dried rice noodle. Based on these, twesix designed our rice noodle dryer,which can be set low temperature, middle temperature and high temperature. Besides, in the rice noodle dehydrator, we add an enough dehumdifier parts. 

 Rice noodles are made of rice flour without any preservatives and additives. Nutrients of flour have been retained effectively. Dried rice  noodles can be stored for a very long time due to its complete dehydration.
