The client from Bosnia and Herzegovina found us in April and asked us to provide a suitable machine which can dry blueberry,strawberry, pears, apples, pumpkin,beetroot and onions.All these dried fruit and vegetables will be ground into powder.Firstly he wanted to purchase from Turkey where is close to his country and also get many details of different dryers. Afterwards, he found other electrical dryers in China.When he found us, we sent the details of our heat pump dehydrator and our many years’ drying experience to him.Besides, based on the above fruit and vegetables he sent and his requirements.First, he needs one multifunctional drying machine which can dry fruit and also vegetables.(our heat pump dehydrator is multifunctional. By same machine, meat, fruit, vegetables,leaves and more can be dried. )Second, the temperature and moisture control.(the heat pump dryer is equipped with PLC intelligent controller and also e-temperature and moisture sensor. The two components can guarantee the accuracy of drying temperature and moisture into the drying chamber)Third,  energy-consumption(heat pump dryer heat the outside air and then blows the air into drying chamber to dry food. The dryer machine also owns heat recovery which can circulate the air inside the drying chamber.The thickness of drying chamber panels is 100mm which can efficiently prevent heat loss.  )Forth, the materials and components of the drying equipment(100mm drying chamber panels, Schneider electrical units, Copeland compressor and Sanhua copper parts and Huada circulating fans and dehumidifying fan) Besides, we checked the climate in Bosnia and Herzegovina,where is cold in winter. And we add one Vapor-injected component into the heat pump dryer,which can make the machine work normally and also avoid high energy-consumption in winter

Blueberry dryer machine is a kind of cabinet hot air dryer.The drying temperature range is 30 to 75 degree Celsius. The drying capacity of the fruit dryer is from 200 to 3000kg per batch. For more capacity, conveyor belt fruit dryer can be made and the fruit heat pump dehydrator can provide heat source to the cabinet or the conveyor cabinet. With the help of the heat pump dryer, it can accurately control drying temperature and moisture inside the drying chamber,which can improve the quality of dried fruit. Owing to heat recovery of heat pump dehydrator, the dryer can save 60 to 70% energy. Meanwhile, the thickess of the drying chamber panels is 100mm,which can effciently prevent heat loss. Inside the drying chamber, one fan wall with 8 to 12 sets circulating fans is installed,which can help hot air pass through the trolleys and trays, and also blow hot air into all corner into the fruit dehydrator
